  • Price your home competitively to open the market vs. narrowing the market.
  • Advertise you home with Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, Craigslist.org, Windermere.com, our personal website and other on-line sites.
  • Develop a list of features of your home for the Brokers & Agents to use with their potential buyers so that no feature is overlooked Advertise your home to top agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers.
  • Host a Brokers Open House & provide you with direct feedback from agents.
  • Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make in the property to make it more saleable Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace.
  • Prospect daily to find the buyer through my network of buyer leads, sphere of influence, past clients and real estate agent network.
  • Add additional exposure through a professional property flyer with top property features.
  • Host & advertise public open houses.
  • Provide you with immediate and direct feedback from all showings.
  • Mail a personal letter from you the homeowner along with a “Just Listed” property brochure to your neighbors asking for their assistance in finding their next neighbor.
  • Whenever possible pre-qualify the prospective buyers.
  • Represent you professionally in all negotiations to assure you are receiving the best possible price and terms.
  • Handle all the follow up once we have a deal.
  • Pre-qualifying the buyer, escrow, title, seller disclosures, coordinating all inspection.
